Handfed babies are pulled from the nest at 7-12 days and are raised in our home, where they are surrounded with love and quality care everyday.
At 3 weeks the babies are offered a healthy diet of veggies, whole grains, pellets, spray millet and Avi-Cakes. Our Lovies are usually fully weaned at 5-6 weeks and ready to go home at 8-10 weeks. Our Tiels are often fully weaned at 7-8 weeks and ready at 10-12 weeks.
A DNA Gender Test can be preformed for a small fee of $20. If you choose this option you will be issued the original authorized DNA Gender Test Certificate from Health Gene Corporation.
All babies go home with a hatch certificate, toy, food sample, Basic Care Guide and Parrot Precautions Sheet. We offer a fourteen day health guarantee. Some conditions apply. Please contact us for further details.
